T&Cs

1. Once you have received the registration email - please make full prepayment within 24 hours or call me direct to discuss any issues or delays on 027 494 5365

2. Please check your junk mail if you do not receive this information automatically on submitting your RSVP to attend. This is something that happens (it's frustrating, but is often due to settings on your computer)

3. Refund Policy - there is a no refund policy should you change your mind about attending on the day (due to small numbers of groups). If you change your mind or cannot attend, you are welcome to send someone in your place but please keep me informed.

4. Group Bookings = if booking for a group - please add each individual into the RSVPs or contact me and I will manually organise your group. Changes/cancellations must be given no less than 1 month in advance and you must notify me directly. I will try and work with you to sort out a new date or booking (please note, your deposit is non-refundable if cancelling outright)

5. Please dress appropriately - warm, comfortable clothing is recommended

6. Every effort is made to keep you safe during your experience at House of Florence. And it is a requirement that you are courteous and mindful of others at all times. Everyone is encouraged to have a good time. A safety brief is discussed at the beginning of each workshop. I take no responsibility for circumstances or behaviour beyond my control.

7. If alcohol is consumed, please ensure a sober driver is part of your group or you have a plan in place for delivery & pickup at the appropriate time.

8. In the event of insuffient numbers to make up a class, I will contact you to discuss options with plenty of warning.
