Does Florence provide glassware? 

Glassware is hired through your party supplies, wholesaler or caterer. For a small fee we can organise any specialty glassware on your behalf

Does Florence require power?

 Florence needs power to run her refrigeration and lighting so a nearby power source is preferable. She is happy to run remotely by generator, this will be hired at an additional cost 

​

How big is Florence?

 She is 5m long x 2m wide x 2.4 high

Does Florence travel?

Absolutely, she loves an outing Travel fees apply for bookings outside of Taupo

Table service

 We serve direct from Florence and clear empties as we go. It is important to have sufficient rubbish disposal available to your quests to encourage tidy drinking for your venue. If extra staff are required for table service - we can easily arrange over and above the caravan bar staff at an additional cost 

 

What do I get when I book?

 Florence the caravan bar , 2 or 3 experienced bar service staff (based on your requirements and numbers) ,2 glass drink dispensers for infused water,

Ice , 1 white market umbrella for shade and UE boom (if applicable)

What does Florence do?

 Our friendly staff will deliver and position Florence and assemble any bar related props ready for your big event. At the end of the event, the staff will tidy her site and take away any Florence related rubbish. Empties, glasses and props will be left tidy for your disposal and return after the event. All rubbish will be positioned by your chiller at the end of the event for your disposal

Can we just hire Florence?

Florence prefers to take one of her experienced friends with her to ensure she is in good hands and that your event runs without a hitch. However, she is happy to work alongside caterers and hire companies too. Please fill out the enquiry form and tell us about your event and we can discuss your requirements and give you a quote based on your needs.

 Florence can be dressed to suit your style at your cost .We are happy to be involved in her turn out and give you ideas and contacts for hire options.
